The Supervisory Board of Saba Electric Company N.V. (SEC) announces the resignation of Mr. David Leonce as the President Director/ CEO of SEC, effective February 29th, 2024.
Mr. Leonce started as Head of the Distribution Department and was quickly promoted to CEO in 2022. His avid contributions to change management have initiated lasting improvements at SEC. Safety and reliability have improved significantly, and the preparation of the third renewable project was expedited under his tenure.
SEC will continue to move forward steadfastly as the company embraces the innovations and transformations in the industry.
The Management Team and Supervisory Board of Directors of SEC extends much gratitude to Mr. Leonce for his commitment to SEC through this transition period, and SEC wishes Mr. Leonce much success in his future endeavours.
Mr. Mark Zagers continues to serve as the Managing Director/CFO on the Management Board of SEC.
